Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Borderline ovarian tumour in one ovary has a risk of developing tumour in another ovary also.
Enlarged ovary can be due to ovarian tumour or PCOS.
I would suggest you to get Doppler ultrasound done to assess the nature of enlarged ovary and get a serum tumour marker CA 125 done to assess the cause.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
