For the past 7 months (on and off) I keep getting tender bruise like bumps mostly on my thighs. Out of the blue I had two appear next to each other yesterday, my thigh just started to get sore during the evening. You can visibly see a raised bumps that are red in colour and very tender. They are definitely not just regular bruises as I have not knocked myself and when I do the bruises I get are never raised bumps or this sore. After a few days the tender bump usually goes leaving a lovely greeny/yellow proper looking bruise. I have experienced these painful bruise like bumps on my arm a couple of times but never as bad as on my thighs......and they can be quite large and warm to touch.
