Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
Increase in size of the prostate compresses urethra and increase resistance to flow of urine.
Incomplete voiding results in stasis of bacteria in the bladder residue and an increased risk of urinary tract infection & Urinary bladder stones formation. This can cause bleeding & is very common in prostrate enlargement

Life style modification like decreasing fluid intake before bedtime, moderating the consumption of alcohol and caffeine-containing products, and following a timed voiding schedule can help to reduce the symptoms

Consult a Urologist if problem persists & surgery may be required

Hope this information helps
