Suggest Remedy For Bleeding From Rectal Cuts
Hi yes uhm I recently had an upset stomach and used a rough toilet paper and now my Anus seems to be cut because there is specks of blood on the toilet paper when I while I m assuming it s from the toilet paper and not blood in the stool, should I be worried?

Bleeding can be due to following reasons
1. Hemorrhoids( piles) is most common reason. They are swollen blood vessels in the rectum or anus.
2.Anal fissures- a tear sometimes caused due to hard stool passage. They are normally painful also
People who eat foods low in fiber are prone to constipation and also to Fistulas & hemorrhoid symptoms
Take more fibrous foods like raw vegetables and fruits specially citrus fruits.
Don't stress more during defecation. Laxative intake will be helpful if constipation is there. Drink lot of water.
If problem persists, you should visit a Gastroenterologist
