Suggest Remedy For Antral Gastritis

Hello sir,
I am suffering with antral gastritis for last 6 month. Also have small hiatus harnia. Wld you please suggest me what to do to have a troublefree life. Presently I am feeling tightness in stomach and chest and air pass from stomach through mouth. Thnx.

As for medications,you may take pepzol 40 mg once per day and primpran tab 3 times per day if this did not help you ,,yo will need to go for a surgical treatment...
