General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

It is the issue of phimosis with a secondary bacterial infection in form of recurrent balanitis.

Though primary relief will be obtained via antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medications; surgery of circumcision is a curative way for a lifetime.

It is recommended to take an appointment with your consultant surgeon and on a priority basis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
