Suggest Remedies To Lower My Weight And Increased Appetite

hello doctor..i am a 23 year old femal and i weigh 64 kgs,my heigt is 168 cms..i was 53kg and i want to get back to that weight..a week ago i bought MAGRIM DIET pills,used them for 5 days only,i lost 2 kgs but then i stopped the pills yesterday because i couldnit tolerate the side effects,dehydration (dry mouth,dry skin,fissured lips),insomnia plus palpitations at rest which i have never experienced them before..so please doctor do u advise me to keep taking those pills?? and if not, i really need a safe way to decrease my appetite because my problem is that i feel hungry all the time :/

Please do stop these fad diet and diet pills and they have many side effects than advantage . By taking them you only punishing your body . Don't do this. Why do you want to just go for attain healthy weight . As you said your weight is now 64 kg and height is 168 cm . Your weight is good according to your height . This is healthy weight .
If you feel hungry all the time then go for safe option like fruits and vegetables and liquid drinks like fruits juices and vegetable juices and buttermilk and coconut water and you can have vegetables soup . salad and fruit salad .. don't ever go for readymade food items and keep away from refined processed foods. And these will definitely work just follow it. Just go for healthy items whenever you feel hungry.
Don't ever go for fad diets and diet pills. they will harm your body.
