Suggest Remedies To Lose Weight

Hello, Im thirteen years old and I'm very concerned about my health right now. Everything started on July 28th where I did a 500 calorie diet, then it went down to 330 calories then 250, 100, and eventually 70. I became sick and my face looked very tired. So I tried to eat normal again but I started to binge. Now I can't help but to binge and starve. It's makng me crazy because I really want to get better and have a life where I don't worry about food. I'm 5"6 and now I weight 125lbs but I used to weight 140lbs before I started this diet and I feel if I eat regularly again I will gain all the weight again and I actually want to get down to 120lbs but I can't seem to do it because I binge. Is there anything, anything I can do to lose 5lbs and maintain my weight actually eating normal and stop the bingeing?

Hello,

Thanks a lot for your question.
The only way to permanently lose weight and stop your binge eating is to stop having a very low calorie diet. It gets you inside of a vicious cycle that starts with: extremely low calorie dieting -> binge eating -> disappointment and obsession with weight loss -> extremely low calorie dieting -> binge eating -> disappointment and obsession with weight loss, and goes on.
In order to lose weight and stop binge eating you should follow a 1100-1200 calorie per day diet split into breakfast lunch dinner and a small snack. Is the only way to lose weight safely without getting hungry or binge. Anything less than 1100 calories is considered very dangerous for your health and it will only lead to weight gain because it almost always leads to extreme overeating due to starvation.

Thanks a lot
