Dr. Ji Hello My question is that I am always forget every thing very quickly.My age is 46 years.I am physical fit but my brain is not responding well.some times somebody try to me tell any thing but I am not understanding.I lost my memory.I am suffering of more stress.I want to study and pass the examination but I am suffering of this problem.
I think, you have pseudo-dementia. It is a symptom of depression. You need to consult a psychiatrist for proper mental status evaluation. You can also try some relaxation technique or antidepressant in treatment. That would help you to remain stress free and you would able to do your work actively.
