Suggest Remedies For Urinary Retention
Hi, I have this very embarressing problem. When I have to urinate I go to the toilet, but my pee doesn t come out. I first have to stimulate the down side of my glans and than finally my pee will flow. Do you know something that I can do about this? Tom

If you are urging to urinate and your not able to pass the urine will be medical conditions.
most common causes are there for not urinating properly are enlarged prostate (BPH),Urethral stricture,Constipation,Kidney or bladder stones.
so if you are suffering every time while passing urine kindly visit a physician to fix the issues with necessary investigation like ultrasound etc.
