What Causes Urinary Retention?
Since last 6 months i am suffering from urinary retention issue and doctors have siad me that it is slight bladder neck narrowing. After using veltam for almost 6 months i dont need to go washroom frequently but still i take lot of time to urinate . are their any remedies for my issue

If Veltam is not working very well and you still continue to have symptoms, then it is time to see an urologist for further evaluation which will include uroflowmetry, post void scan and PSA test.
Either you might require addition of another tablet to veltam or likely to require surgery and this decision will be based on uroflometry result and severity of symptoms.
