pimples and dark black spots on face. am having this problem 5 years and i have used lot of oilments and soap as per skin doctor prescription. But my problem is not solved. I can t able to go any relation funtion and outside because this skin problems.

You have not mentioned which medication you were given for acne...

As problem is since five year, consult dermatologist for examination and treatment...

You might have tried topical clindamycin and topical retinoids...

So for acne now isotretinoin that is best for acne can be prescribed...

Wash face frequently with water

Avoid excess fried food

Fruits more

Try to avoid constipation...

For black spot laser treatment can be given..

Advise : Dermatologist consultation and discuss this
