Suggest Remedies For Pain While Passing Bowels

I have a strong burning pain when going for toilet early morning. I checked with few doctors and they told that I have a fissure. Also one doctor told, it is not fissure but my skit is drying and that s why it is burning. He suggested me emoderm cream/mycospor cream bifonazole. I am having this since last one month and I am 53 years old. Please advise..

Thanks for asking me this question.

According to your complain you have problem of anal fissure that cause pain or itching around anal regions.

Try to avoid constipation by taking proper diet.
Avoid spicy foods.
Take high fiber diet like whole grain, black beans, broccoli. ..etc.....
Eat fresh fruits and green vegetables like spinach...
Drink more water.

Topical analgesic can apply for pain relief.
Psyllium like fiber supplement can use.

Avoid prolonge seating.
Warm water use for affected area.
Stool softner can use in constipation condition.

After taking this much care still symptoms are present than you can do colonoscopy for further diagnosis.

Take care.
Thanks.
