Suggest Remedies For Pain And Stiffness In The Lower Back

My lower back aches at night and feels stiff, I used to surf a lot but i have stopped for over a year now, I also used to feel a tightness down my legs as if there was a burning sensation... I have gained wait around my waste and tummy and i think my lower back pain maybe the cause of my weight gain aswell. It s as though my back is arching up off the bed at night for when i push my lower back down into the mattress the pain is a lot less.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to lumbosacral disc problems. A physical examination by orthopedician followed by MRI will be helpful to rule out this. Muscle relaxants, physiotherapy and exercises will be helpful to clear this.
Hope this may help you.
Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks
I find this answer helpful
