How Can Stiffness In The Upper Back Be Treated?
Hello Doctor. am 73 years old and in decent health. I noticed some stiffness in my upper back that had no particular origin. Today I got home and noticed a stiffness n my upper pectoral muscle on the right side in the front. I then had the stiffness in my upper back re occur.
