Suggest Remedies For Muscle Pain In Legs
I have leg mucle pain in oth legs in my mucles just below my gluts. also my front right hip mucle hurts as ifbi have torn something. I have used ice for relief which helps alot. I really hurt the most when i hage been bending over and try to bend erect. This pain is not constant or persistant, but when it does come it is hard to catch myself from falling over.

- muscle weakness, improved by calcium, vitamin D supplements with high protein diet®ular exercises.
- It could be neurogenic in origin leading to sciatica pan due to supplying nerve fibers being pressed or kinked at lumber spinal level or pelvic level at the sciatic notch.
Here treatment would me oral or injectable medicines, physiotherapy or surgery in few cases.
