Hi,

BP can fluctuate with pain and stress and is not generally an indication for medication if it is usually 120/80 or less. Otherwise, without an exam, I can only give general information. Obviously fibroids can cause pain and increased bleeding and this can cause anemia which can also effect blood pressure. Just getting a blood count would show if there is anemia to be concerned about or not.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
