General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Itching on the testicle (without any pain or discomfort) relates to moisture or perspiration induced allergic condition. Recommendations for the same.
• Keep genitals clean with antiseptic liquids, dry
• Tub bath with Epsom salt added in lukewarm water with lavender oil works fantastically
• Wear loose, cotton, clean clothes
Clotrimazole, dusting powder, anti-histaminic tablets orally will help
• Suggest waist pain evaluation by ultrasound report

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
