Suggest Remedies For Frequent Migraines

Hi, I'm a 25 year old female worried about frequent migraines that I have been getting about 3 or more times per week. These migraines are sometimes companied by light-headed and dizzy spells. Nothing seems to be working to help these migraines. Any advice?
