Suggest Remedies For Chronic IBS

I have had urinary urgency for two weeks (treated as UTI w/OTC pyridium and other antibiotic ), but it s gotten worse over time. My IBS (constipation) has also gotten worse, even with senna, Colace, etc. I saw PCP yesterday & urine was negative for blood, only trace WBC. I have no fever, no nausea or loss of appetite. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you should do an uroculture in order to take the right treatment because you are having Leucocytes in urine again after treatment. You should take the right antibiotics.

Also, you are having constipation and may use lactulose.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
