hey dr i ve been encountered by an alkali burn 7 hours back at that time i didnt noticed that nor i irrigated my eye with distilled water. now m feeling pain in my eye. tell me which is the best remedy i can do at home now? i washed my eye for 10 minutes now with cold water

Repeated washing is the main treatment. if required very weak and diluted acid solution may be used for transliteration. it can be acetic acid.
