Suggest Remedies For Blisters On The Buttocks While On Acyclovir
I had a gastric bypass 12 years ago. My doctor just gave me Acyclovir for a light case of Shingles on my buttox area. Most of the blisters are dried up with only a few random ones that are still bumps, but not weeping. Is there side effects or risk to my stomach after the bypass? Do I really need to take it since I am not having pain?

I recommend using Acyclovir cream for local application at first.
If the symptoms continue I suggest taking oral antiviral medication.
