Suggest Remedies For Addiction To Masturbation And Smoking

Sir, I am 25 years young unmarried male(even do not had sex with anybody and I dont have girlfriend), started drinking from past 3 years, I have a strict drinking pattern. I drink one quarter wisky on every 15th day and do not consume in the middle. I usually masturbate vigorously while having drinks, smoke about 2-3 cigarettes along with watching hardcore porn videos. I maintain erection for about 45min to 1hour for pleasure and intimacy. Finally ejection of semen. And daily also I watch adult videos along with smoking cigarettes. I am having fear that i am addicted to smoking and drinking and watching adult videos.
