Suggest Remedies For A Lump Near Cheekbone After A Fall

My 10 year daughter fell about two weeks ago giving herself a black eye. The outside bruising and swelling have gone. But there still is a lump under the skin on the cheekbone near point of contact....is this internal swelling?? How long before I should get concerned that it isn't going away?

Hi,
From history it seems that this might be due to old hematoma and now became localized and encapsulated.
Nothing to worry, gradually it will be absorbed.
apply ice pack 2-3 times a day for few days.
Apply thrombophob cream locally.
Ok and take care.
