Dear kunal, your narration about your disease at 3 years of age is not complete and probable diagnosis at that time is required for better answer. But i am assuming you are all right at present and at 3 years of age you developed weakness of all 4 limbs without any encephalitis like picture. So most plausible diagnosis may be Guillain barre syndrome which recover in few months. The recurrence of this disease is rare and you need not to worry. Other causes of quadriparesis may be cervical myelitis, hypokalemic paralysis and compressive lesion but is unlikely according to your history. I will advise to write in detail about your illness at 3 year age for better response. God bless good health to you. Nothing to worry.
