Hi,
Welcome to HCM.

Protected sex almost eliminated your risk towards HIV. Oral sex carries a low risk towards HIV. The risk of Unprotected vaginal sex is around 5 per 10000 exposures as per CDC,Atlanta. This is considered to be one of the high risk activity whereas the oral sex has a low risk. That means the chances for getting HIV is remote.
Ruling out HIV through test would relieve your mental tension.
Antigen based tests become conclusive after 1 month and antibody based Rapid and ELISA tests become conclusive after 3 months of high risk activity.
