Suggest Permanent Treatment For Painful Sinus
i have had painful sinus for 4 months. i had 2 7 day antibiotic course, which only helped on day 6 and 7 but after stopping it came back. i had beconase spray after 1 month i have no relieve. would i need longer on antibiotics. the nasl rinse washes out brite green mucus along with fresh bloody bits.

hello, thanks for your query, related sinus infection for prolonged period can be due to chronic sinusitis secondary to nasal polyp, allergy, anatomical abnormalities, deviated septum. the root cause can be make out by ct scan para nasal sinuses, blood tests. kindly visit an ent surgeon and evaluate with this investigations. treatment can be given according to d cause. all the best. take care.
