Suggest Next Course Of Action For Lower Back, Knee And Shoulder Pain

I have had an mri on my back, pinched nerve in L5. Ortho dr. says normal wear and tear. I had a nerve test done on my legs and it showed pinched nerve. I have been going to chiropractor for several months now. My lower back hurts, the back of my knee hurst, left shoulder. Where do I go from here. I have had an auto accident after these tests were done
