Suggest Natural Remedy For Low Levels Of Testosterone And Vitamin D

Hi, my testosterone level is low, had a physical and told my doctor that I felt tired,depressed and he took a blood test and found that my levels of vitamin D was low and also my testosterone level was also low. I consider myself in good shape, I exercise and take vitamins and watch my diet. I was wondering if their was anything I could take to boost my levels besides low t medication, I have read about the possible side effects with the medication, and if I could avoid a pharmaceutical pill. thank you

i understand your problem
vitamin d can be made in our body by exposing us to good sunlight
so increase your exposure to sunlight

and take diet rich in zinc like meat , fish , oysters , milk , yogurt which in turn can increase your testosterone levels

avoid stress , take more fresh fruits and vegetables , eat healthy cut down excess weight and do some exercise regularly ,

feeling depressed inturn increases your stress hormone which can decrease your testosterone inturn causing a vicious so avoid depression
