ok this is raju, I have a cut in my chick(blood is not visble) during shaving in saloon . I am quite sure they used new blade, but I am worried the alum they used are used many times before, Am I subjected to HIV infection.What is the chance of getting infected to HIV

Thanks for writing in.

There is no possibility of you having HIV transmitted through alum used on other customers. Transmission of HIV requires blood or body fluids to be exchanged in significant amounts. This is not possible using alum at the barber shop. Few microliters of blood are necessary to enter your body and you did not bleed from the injury on the cheek. Therefore there is no need to worry.
