hello, my name is celina, am 20 years old. i have been suffering from being overweight ever since i was 13. i have tried a million type if diets and medications and it aint working. after i loose some weight i directly gain aghain. my BMI is 30.1......plz help me m getting soon

Hi ,

Weight loss is not a miracle.. You have to eat balanced and exercise regular for achieving a ideal body weight for life long.

Also dieting is not a solution for weight loss, Instead eat local and all seasonal food items and be regular in physical activity


Please follow the undermentioned points:-

1. drink 3-4 lit water every day
2. Start your day with 1-2 glass warm water - get fresh and take 8-10 soaked almonds and then go for morning exercise
3. Opt for wheat pooriadge/ Milk porriadge/ stuffed roties/ vegetable sandwiches/ Boiled pulses + 1 cup milk
4. Take 5 meals per day - 3 major meals and 2 small meals
5. 2 Servings of fruits every day
6. Eat all local and seasonal fruits and vegetables ( even mangoes ) but in limit
7. Take 2-3 Cups of green tea every day - 1 at bed time before sleep

Hello. We need to clarify the term diet. Diet means eating in a balanced way and not to exaggerate in eating, it doesn't mean to starve. You should eat 5 times a day but very few things. You should consume proteins such as eggs, especially the white of the egg, milk yoghurt, cheese, cottage cheese vegetables and fruits. You should minimize carbohydrates such as white bread and rice, spaghetti and cookies, especially cookies. Protein are the main resource for muscles, more muscle you have more calorie you burn. You should train at least 4 times a day. Don't forget to stay hydrated.
