I just needed to enquire that I have just 2 months ago finished medication which i was on for a year for TB & Menengitus in the brain. I was on 32 tablets a day which included sterioids. I have now come off the tablets and will be having a blood test next week. Providing the test is ok, can i now go on a diet as i have put on loads of weight with medication or do i still need to wait.
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
I can certainly help you out.
Actually there is no magic plan to achieve weight reduction , but I can certainly help you out. Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals , proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals.Drink loads of water. That's all about the diet.
It would be great if you could add to that a bit of physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. Walk for at least 40 minutes a day
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Wishing you good health.
