Suggest Methods To Lose Body Weight & To Keep Myself Occupied

Hey, I really have a huge issue.. My life has gone from such an up to a massive low. I got kicked out of school 2 years ago and cut the going out side of my life and got addicted to staying home.. I have put on alot of weight since and I really dont enjoy getting out of the house everytime i might think I will knock into someone i know and they see how i have transformed. What can i do ?

Dear , ups and downs come and go in your life . One should not sit back and watch helplessly and sink till the point of no return .
Wake up and fight back . I will not ask you , under what circumstances you have been kicked out of school .
But only thing I would like to suggest is to mug up your wits and start anew
Life is beautiful ,, live gorgeously .Shun all negative thinking . Be useful to others - family and friends .
Wake up early morning , go for long walk ,to detoxify your body and mind .Start exercising , yoga ,pranayam - deep breathing , practice of meditation , reciting OOOOUM will give you strength and self confidence .
Take nourishing simple meals with fruit and green veges and lot of water frequently .
Take your friend or family in confidance .

It is advised to see a social worker in nearby area for further guidance .
