Please type your query here...have retina problems like very thin and not even in its form according to the doctor , what is the natural best way to improve its condition? am 47 years of age, ahve been wearing eyeglasses for 20 years already and am myopic, 400* is the grade of my lenses...

Rightly said : ITS DIFFICULT TO MAKE CHANGES IN GOD'S GIFT... Unless its pathological retina problems viz due to diabetes or hypertension, there's no way to improve ... But being high myopic, if there's family history of RETINAL DETACHMENT or any other predisposing factors mentioned by your ophthalmologist, then you should visit your Doc yearly... To prevent only dreaded complication RETINAL DETACHMENT... Else you need not to worry...
