Dear Doctor,
I am 30 male, having skin problem for about a year , I have consult 2-3 doctors and taking medication as prescribed but still it is not cured.
My problem starts with some Acne blisters, and white heads my skin is bit oily , taken acne clear treatment, then after some time I have got some rashes and a few small patches on my chin & cheeks which are like waxy and dark brown in color , when I shave or scratch these patches clears little bit and some waxy stuff collects on the razor or nail but after few minutes the patch again filled up as much I scratch some stuff comes out from it but the patch will remain the same. And after some time these patch becomes larger in shape. As I consult 2-3 doctors they told me that it some acne problem with sebum gland infection and the other doctor said it is acne excorie.
They prescribe me Retino-A, and hydrocortisoce creams along with some vitamins and B-complex and antibiotic tabs taken for months , The other doctor prescribe Clindac gel and isotretinoin tabs for a month.
But all this treatment was not effective as I have dark deep scaly patches which are little hard and swollen skin after some time someone suggest me to use Benzoil peroxide cream as I apply this some sticky waxy stuff comes out in of these patches now these patches are almost clear but not completely and again some oily waxy stuff is filling also notice that some blood is filled in these patches and above my cheek near ear there is some thing very hard abcess is collected when I shave or rub its coming out in small particles and it is collected very deep in the skin like a hard abcess in a crust.
Now the patches are almost clear but filling again & it is very oily and scaly stuff is formed all over my scalp and face and some very tiny white particles tentacles type (like a head lice) is coming out when I apply any cream gel or rub my face .and as I remove it gets filled again with in hours .
So kindly help me to get rid over this problem as I have consulted with 2-3 renowned doctors and taking the prescription .
