You need to avoid certain life style changes like avoid any oily ingredients used on your face as well as the hairs (scalp). Don t apply any cream which is oil based. Take much water and fruits instead of junk foods. If your age is between twenty to thirty get your hormonal imbalance checked. There are certain medications like benzoin peroxide, adoplene, topical clindamycin etc which are effective in a nice treatment but you must take a dermatologist advice before using it.
