Will Betnovate-c Cure Acne?
i have acne...but i applied an expired medicine ofn my face.that medicine was to cure acne but was xpired.now my cheeks are all covered with pimples after i applied that cream.my pimples give me itching type feeling and pain.i have bought betnovate-c today.is this the cure?

No! Betnovate is not used for acne. It is a potent steroid and although using it over acne might notice a slight improvement like swelling and size but that is because of the antiinflammatory property of steroid. It would in fact cause more acne in the longer run.
I would strongly advice against using it. Apart fro causing acne steroids can cause other side effects like photocsensitivity, hirsutism, skin thinning and redness/telangiectasia.
Once you stop betnovate, your skin will feel itchy and dry. Yo could use a non-comedogenic moisturizer to sooth your skin
For acne I would recommend an oral antibiotic e.g either doxycycline or azithromycin for a few weeks.
Topical clindamycin phosphate 1% gel is useful for active acne
