General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The itchy skin, scalp and hair loss is most probably due to fungal infection. I highly recommend consulting with a dermatologist and to run dermatoscopy and skin scraping examination to determine the right diagnosis.

Should not experiment with yourself, just run these diagnostic tests in order to take oral and topical medications, the best choice. Do not use the current shampoo and body wash you are using.

Discuss further with a dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
