how do I get off gabapentin I m having dizziness when I lie down it is not helping my sleep, and I have started sleeping with my mouth open I have a bad taste in my mouth most of the time it is helping restless leg and knee pain; hips and shoulders not so much

To get off Gabapentin, you have to clear the cause of its need. So far as other systemic features are concerned, I doubt for the possible hormone imbalance in terms of thyroid or else.
