Suggest Medications For Fever With Body Pain

Hi! I am getting fever where the body temperature is just about 101.5F. I have been getting fever only in the evenings which lasts through the night. There is considerable body pain and more weaknes. But everything is alright when I wake up the next morning , until.to experience the same from the evening. I m seeking for what exactly the problem is .

Hello
The evening temperature with weakness and tiredness may be due to these reasons , these includes.
1 If fever is from long duration ( > 25 days ) may be due to tuberculosis . Diagnosis can be confirmed by blood examination for C B C , E S R and X ray chest.
2 Typhoid fever however evening rise of temperature is a characteristic feature of tuberculosis but sometimes typhoid fever ( if due to mixed strains ) also causes such fever .Diagnosis can be confirmed by Widal test and serology test.
3 Tension may be the another cause of such fever .
However there are so many other reasons of such fever as deficiency of calcium , anemia , jaundice but deal as mentioned above.
So consult a physician and get his opinion.
