Hi, uniphylline is a anticholinergic drug which is a bronchodilator used in asthma but has many side effects. If you are having poor control over asthma by it then there are many other group of drugs like adrenergic drugs, steriods with lesser side effects and good effects to relieve asthmatic attacks in all formulations.U consult pulmonologist to change the treatment.Don't worry u will be fine.
