Suggest Medication To Reduce Hairfall And Dandruff

I was having intense hair fall and dandruff problem. After using lots of shampoos , now I am loving sebowash. I didn t consult any doctor but I read lots of reviews and thought of giving it a try.I have an oily scalp and my itching problem also persisted. But does sebowash will help me in regaining my hair and prevent any further hair fall or do I have to use some other shampoo as well. I used Xgain also but that resulted in very dry hair which is absolutely opposite with sebowash. . I would also like to know if there is any good medicated serum which I can use. Xgain serum was atotall failure. Kindly suggest. Thanks a lot in advance !

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
To get rid of your hair fall, oily scalp and itching problem, kindly use regularly the following along with Sebowash what you are using:
1. Shampoo containing Coal tar or Salicylic acid twice a week.
2. Shampoo containing Ketoconazole for dandruff and hair fall everyday.
3. Shampoo containing Selenium and Zinc for oily and itchy scalp once a week.
You should start feeling better in about month after using the above mentioned ingredients containing shampoos.
