Dear Dr. Nijra, Good Evening. Im 36 yrs, & got married in Mid January this year. 1. My first cycle after marriage was delayed till 19/2/2016, although expected date was 28/1/2016. Before marriage my cycle used to be 28-30days max, with duration of 5-7 days. On spotting on 19th feb, went to doc & had serum hcg, which was -ve. Brief cycle details; i. 12/3/2016, i again had spotting followed by normal cyle. Thought it might be IB, so went for serum hcg, which was again -ve. ii. 12/4/2016, had spotting again, followed by normal cycle. iii. 10/5/2016, got periods, and then on 6/6/2016. In last 2-3 cycle, i faced lower abdomen & lower back pain and thought probably had conceived. Consulted local Gyneac, and went for ultrasound (report attached). doctor suggested me to take duphaston 10mg this month, from 20-30 June and later clomid for next cycle. Had ovulation on 9-10 day (probably 14-15), based on extreme stretchy transparent Cervical Mucus. I started taking duphatson, twice daily from 20th June. Suffered again lower abdomen pain(on right side). 2. On 24/6/2016, i noticed slight spotting(size of black pepper) pinkish&light brown in color on tissue around 4pm. Then noticed light brownish pea size spot on tissue again at 6pm. Followed by light red blood mixed with sticky cervical mucus (again pea size) on tissue paper at 7.30pm. Later tissue paper is clear, only i notice slight light brownish black (thread type) blood when i urinated at 4.30am. Since then there is no blood either on tissue paper nor during urination.. rather have transparent mucus. 3. I am still on duphaston.. have continuous pain in lower abdomen pain(right side). Some times it becomes like pinching a needle, but its duration is max 3-4 min. 4. Now can you suggest can i get periods, A. while im on duphaston? B. can i have periods within 19 days? C. Whether i conceived and its implantation? Please help me.. Thanks alot. Regards, BS
