Hello,

Headaches when being exposed to breezes are due to muscle spasms. You can use Tylenol and Advil to help with them and also local warm compresses to help the muscles relax.

As for the burping you can use Omeprazole 20 mg 30 minutes before breakfast and also eat frequent small meals and avoid meals 3-4 hours before bedtime. Avoid smoking and alcohol and carbonated drinks or drinks with caffeine.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
