Suggest Medication For Vaginal Pain And Swelling

I shaved a couple of days ago. After shaving I swab with rubbing alcohol. Rubbing alcohol accidentally entered my vagina. Now the labia is very swollen and painful. I ve soaked in warm water which helps at the time. Is there an OTC medication that I can take?

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Genital region is very sensitive. Alcohol rubbing should be avoided on that area. Avoid irritants like soap also to wash the area. Over the counter hydrocortisone cream will be helpful in case of just irritation. But in case of any existing fungal infection it should be avoided. In such case i advise creams or ointments with combination of cortcosteroid clobetasol , antibacterial gentamycin and antifungal miconazole for local application. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
