Hello,

You have a history of chronic UTI. To avoid UTI, stay away from using public toilets & washrooms, take care of your hygiene.

Avoid sex for a couple of days, as friction during intercourse can irritate the urethra & introduce the germs spreading infection. Contact with spermicides, diaphragm jelly, etc increase the likelihood of getting UTI.

You are suggested to visit ER, get Urinalysis(C/S & R/E) done. Your treating doctor will prescribe you the antibiotic that will work best after seeing your urine culture report. Stay well hydrated, take Probiotics & vitamin C.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
