I have been having serious neck pain, migraines and tiredness. i have discovered a lump behind my ear after one week on intense jaw pain, my jaw has been clicking and popping and i am finding it difficult to chew, yawn etc. i think this may be temporomandibular jaw disorder as i have noticed i am clenching a lot.



i also have been smelling a bad smell that no one else seems to notice. i am a migraine sufferer and these have been getting worse, i always have some pain in my head.



also, i have ice pick headaches. i suffer from all the side effects from migraines such as photophobia etc.



can you please help.
