Suggest Medication For Severe Arthritis In The Base Of The Right Thumb

I have painful arthritis in the base of my right thumb. Cannot open jars & even moving a zipper up & down is an issue. Is Celebrex a medication I can use if I have CAD (no surgery or stent- just medication) Jay Rosmarin

Celebrex can increase your risk of heart attack or stroke, especially if you use it long term or take high doses. I would suggest you to use home remedies like turmeric & ginger tea, magnesium supplements, applying olive oil, brisk walk(start with 15 minutes) . If the symptoms worsens I would advice you to meet your treating doctor.
