Suggest Medication For Seborrheic Dermatitis

I have severe dandruff - my doctor said it was seborrheic dermatitis and prescribed ketokanoazole 2% but it hasn t worked at all. My dandruff accumulates 2-3 hours after shampooing. I have tried many other shampoos such T-gel, Head and shoulders etc. I wash my hair every other day but my dandruff just doesn t go. Do you have any suggestions? Also do natural remedies such as tea tree oil or apple cider vinegar actually work?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, in my opinion if this is the dandruff with some fungal infection then it can be best managed with "Selenium shampoo" apply this just half an hour or more than this prior to bath just for three days, hope this information helps, take care.
I find this answer helpful
