General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You are suffering from recurring ringworm infection that is spreading all throughout your body. Ringworm is a fungal infection. Since you are having recurrence, washing bedding and clothing daily will help to disinfect. After bathing, dry your skin. Wear loose cotton clothes. Take care of your hygiene. You are suggested to take a course of antifungal medication orally. Applying Clotrimazole ointment or Daktarin Gel on the affected area will be helpful.

Since you are suffering from this infection for 4 months. It may take 4-6 weeks to go. You will have to patiently apply antifungal ointment on the affected areas. Avoid taking any food, drinks or beauty products that may trigger your symptoms. Stay away from addictions if any. Use antibacterial soap and avoid sharing your toiletries or clothing with anyone.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
